Bentley shows his class for Margoe

Bought from the Irish auctions, Rainstown Spark became known as ‘Bentley’ for his owner, Margoe Hammon, who went over to Ireland to buy a sports horse. However, after settling in to his new home, he gradually developed into a lightweight cob. Margoe had fallen in love with this young horse and was able to give his rider the benefit of her many years of experience to get his training in place. Sadly, Margoe was never able to delight in his show ring success as she never recovered from major surgery in January 2017.

Bentley, pictured here in his first season as a lightweight novice show cob gave his rider and the judge a great ride in this class. Margoe would have been thrilled with his efforts and I am sure she is with him and us in spirit.
